Notice of Infringement – Claim

2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
3. Details of the infringing material to be removed, including the URL;
4. Contact information for the complaining party;
5. A statement affirming a good faith belief of unauthorized usage;
6. An assertion of accuracy in the notification and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

When submitting a claim, be aware that we may share your identity and claim details with the alleged infringer for resolution.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notice must include:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the removed material;
3. An assertion, under penalty of perjury, of a good faith belief in a mistake or misidentification;
4. Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. We maintain a list of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers by terminating their accounts.
